Can I download Meckly?
Yes. Meckly installs on your computer and your Android phone, like any other app. It also runs in any browser. Sign up, then tap Download. Your jobs are the same on every device.
Why is Meckly better than other workshop software?
Most workshop software is classic and built around invoicing. Meckly is modern workshop management software that runs the whole workshop: bookings, quotes, job cards, stock, staff, fleets and reports. It also looks after your customers, with their own portal, texts and service reminders. So they keep coming back to you.
Is Meckly hard to learn?
No. If you can send a text, you can use Meckly. We train your team live, online, in a morning. Want us there in person to train your team? We will be there. One-minute lessons sit inside the app, and test mode lets your team practise without touching real jobs.
Can you move my old data?
Yes, as an optional extra. We capture, sanitise, import and test it for you. It costs 55c a record inc GST (50c ex GST, GST 5c). It is separate from the free setup, so you can start on Meckly first.
Do I need new computers?
No. Meckly runs on the computer, tablet and phone you already have. Use it at the counter, in the bay or at home. Your records live safely online, not on one machine that can break.
Does it work with my accounting?
Yes. Meckly works with Xero, MYOB and QuickBooks. Invoices and payments go across on their own, with the GST already split. No more typing everything twice.
What happens after 30 days?
You pick the plan that fits your workshop. No card is needed to start, so nothing is charged until you say yes. Everything you set up stays. Stop any time.
Is there a contract?
